We want you to find and keep the right job because we believe the power of work can change lives for the better.
We are funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) to facilitate several Employment Ontario programs. Whether you are looking for a job or want to expand your skills, we can help.
We offer several employment programs across Ontario that will suit any need!
Apprenticeships are a great way to get paid while you learn valuable skills from experienced tradespeople. You can take classes and work under the direction of these professionals, all at no cost!
The Better Jobs Ontario program is to support unemployed individuals in need of skills training to help find employment in in-demand occupations with demonstrated labour market prospects in Ontario. Applicants may be eligible for financial supports for tuitions, books, transportation, and personal allowances of up to $28,000! Additional funding may be provided for non-residence living expenses, childcare, disability supports and even basic literacy trainings. The intention of the BJO program is to help individuals rapidly attach to employment by the most cost-effective path.
Our role is to help job seekers understand and navigate the application process, including, evaluating the client’s eligibility and suitability, supporting the client with the BJO application package and the submission of the completed application.
